Unconditional Value Guarantee – Terms and Conditions
Overview
Columbia Tutoring offers an Unconditional Value Guarantee exclusively for students who purchase the 10-hour ACT Math tutoring package. If, after completing all 10 hours of tutoring, the student or their parent/guardian does not feel that the program delivered value equal to or greater than the amount paid, Columbia Tutoring will issue a full refund—no questions asked.
1. Guarantee Scope
This guarantee applies only to the 10-hour ACT Math tutoring package.
It does not apply to other hourly, 5-hour, or any custom packages.
2. No Conditions for Refund
The refund is based solely on the student’s or parent’s subjective opinion of the value received.
No documentation, explanations, or performance standards are required to request a refund under this guarantee.
3. Refund Process
Refund requests must be made in writing (email or letter) within 7 days of completing the 10th tutoring hour.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within two weeks of the request.
Once the refund is issued, the student’s access to any remaining tutoring sessions in the package will end.
4. Limitation of Liability
The maximum refund under this guarantee is the full amount paid for the 10-hour package.
Columbia Tutoring’s liability under this guarantee is strictly limited to this refund amount.
Columbia Tutoring is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost college opportunities or scholarships.
5. Columbia Tutoring’s Rights
Columbia Tutoring reserves the right to update or discontinue this guarantee for future clients at its discretion.
6. Disclaimer
This guarantee does not constitute a promise of college admission, specific test score improvement, or any other academic outcome. The refund remedy described is the sole remedy available under this guarantee.
